How beautiful to see the trees blooming the sky’s blue and the sun shinning. To do a pregnancy session with all of that going on just seems perfect and perfect it was to spend my afternoon with Cristina and Nino capturing the beauty of the new life that are anxiously awaiting. Cristina could not be a more beautiful glowing with love and excitement. Waiting patiently for baby to arrive.
As a native New Yorker, I always relish any opportunity to go to NY to shoot. So when Lauren and Jon wanted to do their engagement session in Central Park not only was I willing but I was extremely excited. I haven’t been there in a while and I must say I forgot how beautiful the park is. Central Park in the spring and my lovely daughter Stafani as my assistant, it doesn’t get much better than that. Laura and Jon met when she lived in NY and this is where they began their relationship. They are a great couple, absolutely meant for each other. These two love birds were so much fun to hang out with. I am looking forward to their wedding this fall. Here are a few of my favorites.
I want to start out saying that I am trying to get the hang of the whole blogging thing. This year is the first that I have added it to the repertoire. I actually have about six more engagement sessions and a few wedding to catch up on so thing will keep coming not necessarily in the correct order, but on another note let tell you a little about Danielle and Bobby. I headed out to Rutgers to meet up with up with Danielle and Bobby a very hot and humid Saturday morning in June. You see that is where they met as students there. I love to hear all the details of how they met and it is always such a personal time to share with the couple. Also a perfect opportunity for all of us to get to know each other a little better. Danielle’s family is fabulous I had the pleasure of working with before at her sisters wedding and getting to know Bobby was so much fun and I am so looking forward to the wedding I know it going to be great blend of 2 great families. Well let’s get onto the shoot.
This first series of photos was done at Rutgers Gardens, a beautiful place that I didn’t even know existed before today.
A great spot worth going to see.
Now we are on the main campus where it all began.
I must say he did a great job with the ring.
Thank you for allowing me to capture this special time. The wedding is going to be awesome.
With the beautiful weather so early this year it was such a joy to work this sweet young lady Skyler outside. I must say that if I am given a choice it is always my preference to use the natural beauty of the sunlight, trees and plants. Skyler’s mom was Miss New Jersey and from the looks of Skyler’s comfort in front of the camera I would say that she will probably follow in her mothers footsteps. Please enjoy a few of my favorites from the session. The first of many in a very busy communion season this year. My challenge is to make each different and unique. Fabulous Couture Communion Dress is from Julianna’s Closet.

Some days I just feel so grateful for the fabulous people that God has sent my way. Especially on this day. This beautiful couple was married in July of 2005 and I was their photographer. Since then they have grown into a really special family. Today they came in to have some photographs taken of the their third pregnancy along with their 2 other beautiful children that are so sweet and a joy to be around. Looking forward to the birth of baby number 3.
Earlier this month I had the pleasure of these 2 gorgeous children along with their beautiful Mom, come visit me in my studio.
I have been photographing Leah since she was about 6 months old and the same for her brother Jake. Today we are celebrating
Jake’s First year milestone. I loved it when Leah came in she knew me by name and was already to go and knew exactly where everything was.
Jake on the other hand was just ready to have some fun. These were a few of my favorites.
On December 30th I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with my youngest daughter Stefani. We did a long overdue photo session. It always seems that my memories are always last on the list. It was a spectacular day about 50 degrees and sunny. Outstanding for December. She picked her outfits and i did her make up. Theses are some of my favorites.
